Are you looking for change in yourself and your life? You may feel unhappy with where you are, or stuck in old patterns. I believe that every person has the strength and ability to transform their lives by learning new ways to cope with difficulties and heal from hardship.

Whether you are struggling in a relationship, making a major life transition, or experiencing new or reoccurring mental health symptoms, I will work with you to create a unique plan that meets your needs and goals.

I want to help you feel more in control of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, as well as find joy in your life. I would love to walk alongside you on your journey.

CPT

(Cognitive Processing Therapy)

Complete a twelve week long manualized trauma therapy treatment which will decrease frequency and intensity of symptoms of trauma and post traumatic stress disorder. CPT is focused on intervening at a cognitive level to teach you how to be your own therapist. You will learn how to alter your thoughts in order to change your emotions and behaviors.

DBT

(Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

Learn about dialectics and how to see the middle ground and shades of gray in your day to day life. Practice mindfulness in order to understand your emotions and behavioral patterns. You will learn coping skills to assist with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication.

CBT

(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

Explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in your life. Identify new ways to alter your thoughts and actions in order to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. You will gain understanding of why you interact the way you do with yourself, others, and the world.

Clientele

I welcome people from all different backgrounds and life experiences.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I offer individual therapy for ages 18 and up.
